Mobile Entertainment, 18-34-year-olds highly responsive to mobile ads by Daniel Gumble (@DanGumble)
A RadiumOne study found that the 18-34 demographic is proving to be the most receptive to mobile advertising. The report shows that 50 percent of respondents share offers on their smartphones with friends and 47 percent indicated that they’ve clicked on a mobile ad at some point during the past three months. These findings prove the 18-34 demographic to be one of the most rewarding markets for brands to penetrate. Some additional findings in the report include: 54 percent made a purchase from a mobile device in the past six months and over 55 percent use their mobile device to comparison-shop at least once per week.
