The new Adfonic Global AdMetrics Report shows that tablet advertising is on the rise as the number of brands requesting tablet ads rose by 40% over Christmas. Tablet ads accounted for 9% of total ad impressions in Q2 2012 and reached 14% in Q4 –the equivalent of almost one in seven click-throughs.
