The momentum continues!
In January, we joined forces with the great Heyzap team and today we’re very excited to announce that our parent company RTNS Media has signed a binding agreement to acquire Inneractive Ltd.
Inneractive is a fast-growing mobile ad exchange with a strong RTB business, significant global scale across display and video advertising serving app developers and media companies. The company was founded by Ziv Elul and Offer Yehudai in 2007 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, with offices in New York, San Francisco and London.
Scale and synergy to power the app economy
As the third acquisition within 12 months–including Falk Realtime last April (now Fyber’s RTB business)–bringing Inneractive under the RNTS umbrella is an important strategic move that illustrates our deep commitment to empower publishers with smarter ad monetization tools. We’re strong believers in the power of programmatic, and are excited to welcome Inneractive’s developer community to our existing partners.
Our approach to ad monetization is–and will continue to be–an agnostic one. That means enabling developers to connect with demand partners of choice. So this deal is as much about adding programmatic demand, as it is about combining Inneractive’s 630 million monthly active users (MAUs) with Fyber’s 500 million+ MAUs, to give our demand partners access to a massive audience across the widest variety of ad formats and geographies.
Although Inneractive and Fyber’s value propositions are complementary, both companies will continue to operate as separate entities within RNTS Media, and follow their current roadmaps so we don’t slow down the great growth on both sides. In the near-term after the deal closes, we’ll work to create technology integrations that allow seamless customer access to cross-company products, with minimal disruption to either Inneractive or Fyber’s existing businesses.
We’re excited to welcome Ziv, Offer and the entire Inneractive team to the RNTS Media and Fyber family, and look forward to great collaborations and the company’s continued growth in 2016 and beyond.
